Join Kim Bugemelian on Wednesday mornings for a class that meets you exactly where you are, in a welcoming and supported environment. With a focus on alignment, breath, and accessibility, Kim's classes feel like a private session in a group setting.
Using props like blocks, straps, bolsters, and chairs, students can explore the version of each pose that best suits their body. Each class closes with a restful, restorative posture to help quiet the mind, release tension, and integrate the benefits of the practice.
BEGINNER TAI CHI CLASS

We are super excited to say that the new BEGINNER TAI CHI class held on Sundays at 10:00 am is a great success!
Kat and Charles lead an introduction to Yang style traditional 108 form Tai Chi.
Classes will be held each Sunday for a $20.00 per class rate.
This class will allow Kat and Charles to give a thorough introduction, concentrating on the first chapter.
Please wear loose clothing and soft soled shoes to class.
