This class is second in a series of 3 classes taught by Dr. Zan Struebing on Mindfulness and Compassion. She will be guiding participants in the development of a personal mindfulness practice that incorporates the needs of the individual. Come with a beginner’s mind to test a range of practices that are infused with opportunities to develop self-compassion. These sessions are well suited to anyone who has found meditation challenging in the past. Feel free to attend one or all sessions, as your schedule permits.
