Yoga for All is designed just for you — no matter where you’re starting from.
Join Kim Bugemelian on Wednesday mornings for a class that meets you exactly where you are, in a welcoming and supported environment. With a focus on alignment, breath, and accessibility, Kim's classes feel like a private session in a group setting.
Using props like blocks, straps, bolsters, and chairs, students can explore the version of each pose that best suits their body. Each class closes with a restful, restorative posture to help quiet the mind, release tension, and integrate the benefits of the practice.
YOGA FOR BONE HEALTH

We’re excited to offer a workshop this October designed with your long-term wellness in mind: Yoga for Bone Health — a 4-week, small-group series focusing on safe, research-backed poses to strengthen bones and improve alignment.

Led by Kim Bugemelian, certified in Dr. Loren Fishman’s Yoga for Bone Health method, you’ll receive personalized guidance and a therapeutic, Iyengar-inspired practice to support your skeletal health and overall stability.

We are super excited to say that the new BEGINNER TAI CHI class held on Sundays at 10:00 am is a great success!
Kat and Charles lead an introduction to Yang style traditional 108 form Tai Chi.
Classes will be held each Sunday for a $15.00 per class rate.
This class will allow Kat and Charles to give a thorough introduction, concentrating on the first chapter.
Please wear loose clothing and soft soled shoes to class.
