Ruth Ratliff will lead a Crystal Sound and Gong Bath utilizing crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, wind gong, planetary gong and other sonic instruments.

A perfect way to release the weight of daily stress and be guided back to a place of balanced tranquility.

NEW CLASS!!

We are super excited to say that the new BEGINNER TAI CHI class held on Sundays at 10:00 am is a great success!

Kat and Charles lead an introduction to Yang style traditional 108 form Tai Chi.

Classes will be held each Sunday for a $15.00 per class rate.

This class will allow Kat and Charles to give a thorough introduction, concentrating on the first chapter.

Please wear loose clothing and soft soled shoes to class.
