BEGINNER TAI CHI CLASS

Serve tea with a dragon, then grasp a sparrow’s tail!

Learn these movements and more at BEGINNER TAI CHI at 9:30 - 10:30 on Sundays.

Improve your balance, gain strength, focus and agility while studying the martial art referred to as a moving meditation.

108 Traditional Yang style.

Please wear soft soled shoes and loose clothing.

Classes will be held each Sunday for a $20.00 per class rate.

New Students Only.

This class will run for one hour 9:30 - 10:30. The beginner/intermediate class will run from 10:00 - 11:00.

In our fast-paced world, we often move through life on autopilot! This workshop is an invitation to slow down, tune in and reconnect with the architecture of your your body and the rhythm of your breath.
