A special evening designed to help you find balance before the holiday rush, while giving back to the community.
The Thanksgiving Eve Yoga Pajama Party will include soothing yoga poses, trataka (candle gazing meditation) and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation). Come in your yoga clothes or your favorite pajamas- comfort is key!!
Cost is $15 and a donation of a non-perishable food or household item. ALL donations will go to a local food bank.
