Gentler variations offered for beginner or less advanced students, while experienced Sivananda practitioners have a chance to move through the basic postures of the sequence in a quieter less challenging way.

TOGETHER , THE STRENGTH OF OUR LIGHT WILL OUTSHINE THE DARKNESS OF ALZHEIMER’S.

Join guest teachers for a day of yoga with all proceeds going to the Alzheimer’s Association. 

Donations to the Alzheimer’s Association will graciously be accepted at the studio.
