This class explores the classical postures of yoga, holding each pose as an opportunity for meditation and self discovery. Variations are offered for students at every level. Relaxation and breathing techniques, combined with physical challenge customized to each student’s ability, strengthen the body, sharpen the mind and nourish the spirit.
