This is a Special two hour Wednesday Night workshop taught by certified Ananda yoga and meditation instructor Josh Mont. Ananda Yoga is a combination of classical Hatha Yoga & Raja Yoga (the Royal Yoga) based on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, helping any & all body/ mind types.
This class will utilize:
-Asanas & Affirmations
- Energization Exercises
- Pranayama for relaxation of the body and interiorization of the mind
- Classical meditation technique to reduce stress, improve clarity, calm & focus the mind
