This class explores the twelve classical poses of Sivananda yoga as a moving meditation. The purpose of Sivananda yoga is to strengthen the body, quiet the mind and inspire the spirit. Appropriate to all levels with variations offered for beginners and challenges posed for more advanced students. Hands on assistance and individual instruction offered for all students.
