Special Workshop: Mindfulness Meditation

This class is taught by Dr. Zan Struebing on Mindfulness Meditation with a focus on Compassion.  She will be guiding participants in the development of a personal mindfulness practice that incorporates the needs of the individual. Come with a beginner’s mind to test a range of practices that are infused with opportunities to develop self-compassion.  This workshop is well suited both to those who want to explore a different approach to meditation and to anyone who has found meditation challenging in the past. 

Zan is a psychologist, teacher, and yogi who has discovered a passion for living mindfully and compassionately. She is delighted to share with all who seek the same. The workshop is $20,
