This class focuses on the more meditative aspects of the Sivananda practice, working through the basic sequence as an opportunity for meditation on sacred geometry. Gentler variations offered for beginner or less advanced students, while experienced Sivananda practitioners have a chance to move through the basic postures of the sequence in a quieter less challenging way.
