Level 2 Sivananda with Susan

This class moves through the 12 postures of classic Sivananda yoga holding the poses and using the breath as an opportunity for physical challenge, mental discipline and spiritual inspiration. More advanced variations are offered. Students can customize to their level by choosing which variations to try. All levels welcome.
