We are pleased to be offering the 2020 version of our annual Thanksgiving Eve practice! Teachers from the studio will offer yoga, relaxation and meditation via Zoom to prepare us for the holiday.

Food donations and supplies for animals will graciously be accepted and distributed to Eleventh Hour Rescue. A donation bin will be located in the hallway outside of the studio. If you are unable to get to the studio, please contact Roberta at 908-251-2939 to coordinate a pick up. Additionally, a $10.00 class fee is being recommended and this will also go to Eleventh Hour Rescue.

A Zoom link will be available closer to the class date for ease of registration.
