Conditioning for Life

Carl Schmidt, one of the Studio’s amazing students and personal trainer will be offering an introductory class on Saturday, September 12 (rain date September 13) at 9:00 AM.

The class is a General Fitness Exercise Class subtitled Conditioning for Life.

The introductory class will be held behind the Yoga Studio on the grass!  Please bring your own yoga, towel and water. If you have light hand weights and an exercise ball please bring those also. Please wear comfortable shoes.

The class will run for roughly one hour and will consist of some gentle warm ups, strengthening exercises and stretching along with a little jumping and running.  Think of it as PE…only fun!

There is sufficient room on the grassy area so students will be 6’ apart from each other.
