Yoga Fusion is a blend of yoga poses, mobility and strength based sequences. Many elements of a Yoga class such as breath focus, centering and down regulation of the nervous system are mixed with mindful movement, balance and strength drills. Exploration of the different modalities help to build resilience and strength on our mats and in our lives.
