This class, which explores only the 12 basic postures of Sivananda Yoga offers a more mindful and meditative approach to the practice for all levels. This is a great class for those who are experienced in the practice to go deeper on the spiritual side and those who are beginners in the practice to experience a gentle approach with less advanced variations.
